For quantities up to 1000 units, the lead time is 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and design confirmation. For quantities of 1000 units and more, it is approximately 2 weeks after receipt of payment and design confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 100 tags for single-color printing. For two or more color printing, the minimum order is 500 tags.

What sizes of tags are available?

The minimum width is 10mm, and the maximum width is 50mm, with increments of 5mm. Length can be adjusted as needed.

What printing colors are available?

How and where can I receive my order?

You can collect your order at our office located at Lāčplēša iela 70, Riga. Alternatively, we can send it via Omniva parcel machines, by courier (e.g., Omniva, Itella, or another), or by post.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery via Omniva parcel machines costs 7.26 EUR. Courier delivery starts from 12.10 EUR (depending on the package size and weight).

What file format is needed for printing?

A vector PDF file in the size of the tag is required for printing. More information can be found here: https://birki.lv/tehniskas-prasibas/. If needed, we can assist with design development. Design development starts from 20 EUR + VAT.
