Cotton tags
Printed cotton tags have a soft, non-reflective appearance. Cotton fibres are made up of many smaller fibres, where each strand is interwoven with the others, giving cotton a unique look that is easily distinguishable from other types of material. Compared to other synthetic fibres, cotton is considered a loosely woven fibre. Cotton tags and labels are most commonly used for children’s clothing and handmade products. Cotton tags have low thermal conductivity and high moisture absorption.
Production and printing of cotton tags
We use flexographic printing to produce cotton tags. We apply the image to the surface of the fabric and fix the colour pigment at high temperature. The advantage of this method is that the dye is absorbed into the fabric structure itself and becomes inseparable from it. The cotton fabric itself can be bleached or left in its natural colour before printing.
Cotton tags design
Cotton tags are designed by our professional designers or made to measure – you can submit your idea or a ready-made print and we’ll help you make it happen.
To make your tag stand out, you need to choose the right fonts, colours and layout. The tag can display the company logo or the manufacturer’s trademark, as well as other important information. But the main purpose is to note the composition of the garment and advice on how to care for the product.
