Manufacturing of Nylon Tags
Nylon tags are manufactured on a textile ribbon base. The textile ribbon, made of nylon, is very light, durable, and denser than polyester – satin ribbon, thus it retains its properties when washed or bleached.
Nylon Tag Printing
Nylon is a synthetic polymer fabric, impregnated with a special mixture that reduces static electricity during printing and fills the uneven surfaces of the fabric, making the surface of the textile ribbon as smooth as paper. High-quality images and text are easy to print on such a surface.
The nylon ribbon is double-sided, therefore nylon tag printing is possible from both sides and in multiple colors. If the tag is thermoprinted, then we offer monochrome printing. The ribbons are cut to the desired size with a cold knife – the edges of the tags do not fray during cold cutting, which allows them to be sewn just from one side without worrying that the tag will split over time.
Nylon Tag Design
The design of the nylon tags is developed with the help of our professional designers. We also manufacture nylon tags based on individual layouts – you can submit your idea or a ready-made design print and we will help realize it.
To highlight your product, you need to choose appropriate fonts, colors, and the layout of elements. A company logo or manufacturer’s trademark can be placed on the nylon tag, as well as other important information. However, the main goal is to mark the garment’s composition and care recommendations.
